Is there a way in Cpanel to automatically email the admin when an accounts Bandwidth Limit is Exceeded?

I recently had a client have their bandwidth limit reached showing the suspension page -

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

The thing was in viewing Bandwidth in WHM - the site didn't come up as red even though it was at its limit. Why was it not red?

Can anyone help me make Cpanel email the admin when the limit is exceeded or has any information on how I could fix it so it would?

Thanks

In whm, Server Setup>Edit Settings>Server Contact E-Mail Address. It sends out reports on lots of things, one of them being a notice that a client's bandwidth is about to exceed.

Its tempting to leave it blank after you receive some uselss reports, just setup an email account you will check on every couple of days so it doesnt clog up your main email account(s).
