I'd would like to know who is the best hosting provider on the internet. If money was not a issue. and who has the best deal.

I think that this type of post is put up every several days or something.

I don't think anyone can say that one host is the best. Each focus in different areas and have different qualities.

Some have a great product but terrible support. Is that one a better host than the questionable platform or lacking in features, but the staff that supports it and helps you the client is phenomal?

So I don't think you really will get a best host. It depends more specifically on what you are looking for. Of course I'm biased, but you can't really quantify "Best" host.

If you are more specific as to features, support, price (though you said that didn't matter), then you can get an idea of what good ones are out there.

if money was not an issue, i would say grab yourself your own dedicated box at a place reselling dedicated servers at hurricane electric (ex: fastservers.net) and using it yourself. Of course, that is if money is not an issue. :) It's more affordable than you think.
