I have called twice, emailed 4 times, about registering my nameservers with them because my domain is there. I am getting kinda of mad, should I?

I think you ought to round up Vinny, Joey and the rest of the (web) mafia boys, and lean on them.

I think any company that doesn't reply to 2 phone calls and 4 emails doesn't value you as a customer, much.

But that's just my opinion. That and a buck-fifty will get you a cup of coffee.

My opinion too, as long as all the e-mails and phone calls weren't in the same hour. And what kind of coffee costs a buck fifty?? LOL

Chris,

On what dates did you send these emails? Looking in the support database, I show that you sent two, both of which were responded to and both were regarding DNS.

If you would like to register nameservers, submit those request to support@enom.com, we are just a reseller of eNom. (which I simple whois shows)

I'm sorry that you had to post to this board in order to get an answer. If you can get me those dates I can look into why they weren't responded to.

Thanks!

I was never sent an email about any, nor was I called about it, I mean it had me a bit freaked out, and I had thought the place had skipped town.

Isn't there an automated process for this? Most companies do so you don't have to go through this.

Chris,

That's quite odd, because I show the follow ups were emailed to you...

Anyways, yes their is an automated process for updating your nameservers, you can do this by logging onto "Manage Domain" on our website...if you weren't assigned a password when you registered (special promo etc.) email me brandon@webxonline.com and I'll assign one...please provide the domain name.

But if you want to register nameservers (not just change them for your domain) you'll need to email enom's support.
