Greetings All,

We have been looking into getting wireless mobile email devices for our technical support staff so that inbound support tickets are able to be answered away from the office. We have looked at the T-Mobile SideKick and the Motorola Timeport 935.

Does anyone use mobile email devices like this for managing tickets and email when away from the office or their station?

It has been a lifesaver many many times. I'd like to have the 6510, but they aren't in Canada.

I'm able to reply to customers right away no matter where I am.
