I'm looking for a dedicated server and here are my minimum requirements:

CPU: AMD/Intel 500 MHz (Celerons atleast 700MHz)
RAM: 256MB
HardDrive: 10GB
Bandwidth: 65GB burstable
OS: Linux (FreeBSD prefered, but other is fine)
Other: a control panel software (not necessary)

I will also need a good and fast support, decent uptime (atleast 99.5%) and a good price.

I leave that up to you. Offcourse the cheaper the better. Email me your offer and later me and my friend will go through them. We are 2 people so we might get 2 servers. So if you have a disscount for that, don't forget to mention it.
