Hi, im just wondering if anyone knows how to setup Transactional Replication on MS SQL Server, im interested in replicating between 3 SQL servers, the replications must be instant and precise.

The online books has all the info you need. Usenet SQL Server forums would be a better place to get help. Also read on 'log shipping'.
