I am currently using a dedicated box offered by VO
and very satisfied with their support.

Now I am looking to add a server with fastservers.net.
I understand from various post that their support is also good
but my questions are

- do they offer 24 hours support?

- do they log into the server and fix the problem without any cost
(depends on the complexity of the problem but VO does this for me)? Or do they simply
reply that they need xx amount per hour to log into my system for every situation?

- any other thought compare to VO's support?

I have been with fastservers for 4 months now and it was the best move i have made so far. Amazing speedy support. I give them an A+ for everything so far. No problems at all and everything is so professional. I even got a XMas card from them :)
