I would like to know what is the best and the most reliable in terms of paying on time, the best 3rd party credit card processor.

Suggestions, good and bad comments are welcome. I need to make a decision. I'm currently with 2 checkout and experiencing late payments from them. I'm very concerned. Help me please.
