How do you people do to charge the extras with instabill?. I mean if somebody use more bandwith that it buy in the plan, or if somebody want more web space or more email accounts or something like this.
I have to create a new product with this features?
And if that people only use 1 time more bandwith and the price is less than $5

That is the problem those who are using Instabill & Revecom facing.

You have to create a "new product" and ask your customer to "pay" at the "new product" s page

suspend his account without any prior notification? and later if he wants to get his account back he has to pay for additional reinstatement fee..... Gee, but this has to be written clearly on your SLA....

BTW, will the same problem exist if I am using charge.com?

cheers,

This seems extreme to me. If I were your customer, and my account was suspended due to your inability to figure out how to bill me credit card for something I've already agreed to pay for, I'd probably leave.

Thewitt, have you any suggestion to do that? I mean, to charge the extras with a instabill account?

No I'm sorry I don't. I have not selected a billing partner yet. Flexible billing options is a mandatory trait however.

Authorize.net will not deal with you directly. They only sell their services through resellers. Resellers are typically people that can provide you both a gateway and a merchant account.

I know that, and I visit every reseller in the Authorize home page, and send email to every one. The fact is, that never no one answear me, and later I send a email to Authorize asking them, they don't anwear neither.

I'll post what I got from a RevEcom email:

We can modify recurring pricing upon emailing support@paysystems.com

Meaning, you email them ask them to charge $15 extra on the next months recurring charge.
