I'm trying to change the IP address of my nameservers, but Network Solutions doesn't seem to want to answer my requests.

I've already sent them the authorization for the modification and gotten no reply. What other means to I have in order to get their attention?

I'm worried that my clients are being kept hanging because of this problem.

The best I can suggest is to get them over phone. Call them. I know you may have to wait long but the best option.
