We just launched our new website, I am looking for opinions and suggestions on if the site is good or bad, is it user friendly if not what can we do to try and improve it.

As long as they are positive comments, I think it could only help.

I would put a link to the site of the person making the comment, just to prove to the casual potential customer that this person is your customer.
