Web host manager is showing I used 75 GB of transfer but bandmin is showing 768 GB whats up. According to mandmin I had a user use 374 GB WHM says they did 12 GB. I have been told I will be billed based on bandmin. If this is the case I will have to manually suspend accounts when they go over their limit.:bawling:Also Bandmin is only showing about half the accounts on the server. So I don't see how it could be correct.
How can I see the amount of bandwidth this server is using?

I can say I have always had problems with Bandmin. it may not even be an accurate reading. BytesLog seems to be fairly accurate - when it works right. I personnally just use MRTG graphs now.

But it does not work the way bandmin does, its for total traffic from a single server or a switch - not each individual site.
first off..... i have been here before!
i about had a heart attack when i had 114 gigs used in like 7 days by 50 accounts. today, after reconfig & MRTG it is 200 accounts & only 30 gigs/mo....
one of my issues was that bandmin was actually kicking off twice and therefore double logging all bandwidth on a per account basis.
if only half of the accounts are showing up, the rest are likely mushed into the 'broadcast' part of bandmin.
also, it is important to note that what shows up on WHM is HTTP bandwidth only. it does not include FTP, email, db's, etc.... in short WHM is always low.
who is your ISP if you do not mind me asking. as i know what places often have this issue. it is a simple misconfig & obviously incorrect!
advise: DO NOT BE PUSHED AROUND --> TELL THEM THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG AND SEE THAT IT IS FIXED IMMEDIATELY!
