Anyone here have co-located servers with AIT Technologies? We have one server with them, as do some of our clients (at our recomendation). They moved one of our servers last nite, and now it has been down for over 24 hours. I have had an open trouble ticket for over 10 hours now.
Has anyone else experience this very poor service lately? I am absolutely livid about this at the moment. I am tempted to pull every server we can from them (would amount to 12 servers total). I have escalated and escalated this ticket. It should be in the hands of some supreme being by now.

Test drove a reseller account in 1999, and had horrible reponse time to support calls.

From reading these boards not much has changed since then either. You may want to search these boards, might influence any descion you make.

I also has a reseller account with them on 2000 (i think). Leaving them was the best thing I did for my customers. I say search this board for AIT and then shop around for a new colo.
