Has anyone here used digitalspace.net? I need your feedback.

Yes, I've heard of them. Can't really give an opinion since I've never used their services though. But, from what I've heard, they seem to be a good company.

They have been around a fairly long time. In the past their uptime has been only so so. I do not know if it has improved since then though. They are not a fly by night hosting company either ;)

Try doing a search here in the forum.
Across the top you will find the search button.
enter company name and it will result in past postings of the co.
I think they get mixed reviews.

I've been hosting web sites with Digitalspace for over 2 years. Their uptime used to be a bit dodgy, but since they moved all of their servers to their own NOC on Lompoc Calif, I've had nothing but 100% uptime (I have my site monitored by several monitoring services, all of which keep reporting sites that I have hosted on much more expensive hosts as down once every few days... but my web sites on Digitalspace.net have been up 100% for almost a year!). You also get great features like unlimited POP3 accounts with full IMAP support, telnet accessl, and other neat stuff. Tech support is very sincere, but usually takes at least a day to respond to trouble tickets. All I can say is that I would recommend them.

Also, I'd like to add that Digitalspace.net have always supported PHP and MySQL on all of their hosting plans -- even 2 years ago when almost nobody else did that. They also support stuff like Python, but I don't know anybody who uses that...

I have some old sites with them and even after they moved, they've had moderate down time but it's not that bad

I think that's just because they've still got their DNS servers with their old co-location provider. Since I've switched to register.com's DNS, I haven't had any down time. Forgot to mention that.
