To every [ex]member/non-member of readyhosting.com, I want to know your opinions about this service. How's it? And the FTP access, what does it like? Any comments?

I tried them once (for a weekend) a while ago. Everything got set up fairly easily, but I was not happy with the support.

I somehow deleted the front page extensions on a Saturday and, at the time, needed them to publish the site I was working on. There was no option on any control panel to reinstall them, so I had to depend on their support team. Since they didn't work on weekends, I was stuck without a site.

I cancelled the account that Monday.

mbuchsbaum is right about the support. In the off business hours you are on your on.

Anyway, if you want to test the speed or whatever, here is a friends site that is hosted with them.

Hello

I host about 10 sites on their servers.

Their support answers after 48hours or later.

Their billing answers after you have died ( 1 to 2 weeks ) .

They billed me 3 times the real amount and it took 2 weeks to answer me !
