I'm trying to think of a good ratio for Disk Quota:Bandwidth...

I really do my pricing based upon bandwidth, but I don't know how much quota to offer with it...

what kind of customers are you targetting? what would their approximate requirements be?

what have you come up with so far?

a good ratio is one that will give your customer enough space and excess bandwidth (slightly more than enough to make them comfortable), and one that will give you maximum return.

factor your cost into it as well, then come up with an absolute minimum that you have to charge to cover all expenses (including your time). If you want, look around and see what sort of ceiling price you have to work with (max that you can realistically charge for certain space, or bandwidth or a combination for your target market).

this will give you a good range. take it from there.
