As of May 1st DarkORB is no longer associated with VDI.

Interesting choice of words on BurstNET's Cpanel Page (http://www.burst.net/cp/). For $65 an hour, you can get "Abnormal Tech Support."

:D ROFL, is that a typo??
why would they classify their support as "abnormal" ?

hmm it is quite abnormal to call your tech service abnormal. But if your normal service is abnormal, then your abnormal service becomes normal?

My only concern is are they every going to actually fix the underlying bugs, or just keep the spotty patchwork and slap a new coat o paint and new name on it?

I just want it to work right. Real hard to get folks to trust something that loads up a dozen extra email addys (1 for each subdomain) or deletes a mailbox when you changed a password.

Also, when there are new 'features' added, how bout a option to wait until they are debugged before rolling em out?

Between the VDI situation, and various issues with Cpanel, we've been seriously debating setting up our own NOC n writing our own software. ><

ah well.
