I tried them at one time and they seemed to work ok but now they spawn about 5 other windows. It's your choice, but I won't touch them with a ten foot pole... If you want to see them in action I'd be gald to setup a test page for you. Also If you don't already, you should read the advertising related forums at ....

Yes, they do, and most of the other windows are valueclick popups.

I see your using the bulkclick pop up, you might want to try the allclick popbehind and/or the popuptraffic popbehind. I just put the click through traffic popbehind up today so I can't tell you how it performs. The popuptraffic popbehind works well but they seem to be limiting the number each publisher is allowed per day. On our site I use javascripts/cookies to limit the frequency of the pops so as not annoy our members to badly. Let me know if I can help you out, it looks like were in the same biz, but your doing a better job on the programming end then I am.
