I have a team of support staff in Czech, managers are all British. Languages spoken EN, FR, DE. Support only on BSD/RedHat/Solaris servers, no RAQs or Windows. Support is managed by Email and/or web based contact forms, standard response time 2 hours for core functions, 12 hours for non-core,24 hours for programming work. Core = unix/apache/mail/ftp.

Flat contract fee $175/month plus
Std Rates (non-dedicated servers):
$5 per (your) client per month (neg),
$7 per ticket.
Dedicated servers $50/mo upto 2 hours support.
All other work charged at $45/hr.

Monthly contracts Visa/MC/Amex
Quarterly by wire/bank transfer or above
Annual by OPO, check, or above, 10% discount
