Whats up with phpsupportdesk? Have they closed down? They are not responding to emails maybe it was a better idea to go with kayako :eek:

You've got what I last heard as well. What we have is good, but it would be nice to see it developed a bit more.

We are not dead yet. :) There have been so many changes happening over the last few months that it has delayed the release of the latest program. I know I have been saying the same thing for some time now. But you will be suprised when you see the new version.
