1mbps can handle about 300-320GB of transfer per month...

I am suprised to see that their bandwith cost is quite cheap, actually... Especially if you need more than 1 mbps, then each mbps is only $300 (is US dollar, 1 poundsterling about 1.5 US dollar). Now, this is about the cheapest you can go in US too but you may need to buy 10mbps of bandwith to get this price and they offer this price at 2mbps. And actually, if you buy 2mbps, you will get 0.5 mbps free, so 2.5 mbps (750GB) for only $600... wow... The price is still cheap (consider it's in UK, not US) even if the measure bandwith with 95th%-ile.... if you go to Globix, Exodus, Colo, HE, Abovenet, they will charge more than just $300/mbps and they charge based on 95th%-ile too...

Anyway, I think that's a really good deal. Now UK customers don't need to find US NOC :) :)

uk2 are normally renound for hidde charges though like their cheap cobalt server where you had to have a 3 year contract :) they also talk about their prices possibly rising at the bottom but i guess anyone could say that.

If you get a 1mbps line, would that basically mean you would use that and if you started using more than the average of 300GB it would just slow down sort of thing?
