Hi,

I have been talking to InterNap lately about getting some of my gear into their Chicago datacenter, and they came back with an offer that is incredible.

To make this deal, I would need to commit to about 20 megs/sec. I am already using nearly 10 megs @ 95th.

So, I am just posting an interest survey here to get an idea..

How many people would be interested in PURE InterNap connectivity for their colo servers, in Chicago for:

$300 / meg billed at 95th
$30 / U space
$200 install / setup

Volume discounts would obviously apply. I do not like setup fees, but they want a rather exorbitant fee for setup. I am trying to get this cut in half, and they sound very willing to deal.

The bandwidth in question is InterNap's "performance path", the mix of 9 Tier 1 carriers.

For contract information - You would be signing the same contract terms that I am signing with them in terms of SLA, length of contract, etc. Remote hands support (including parts replacement) and reboots are available through us.

This may be the wrong forum but I am just seeking interested parties at this point, please do not regard this as an "advertisement".

Please PM me if you are interested or want more details. I want to make this happen.

Yes it is in the wrong forum!

Secondly that's hardly great I've got quotes for pure Internap bandwidth directly from Internap in an Internap DC, for cheaper than that on commitments of less than 5mbit. You need to speak to them again IHMO. I wouldn't normally comment, but this isn't in the ad forums so it's open discussion.
