Why not just do a search on these forums? I'm sure you'll find plenty of places that offer RaQs with instant setup.

I just checked (in case they had changed their policy) and they use the 95% ruling for bandwidth. I am not a 100% sure how that works, but if you do a search here you will see some articles on it that explain it. Bottom line, if you have poplular site(s), it can be quite a bit more expensive than you think. My advice go with a raq provide that takes a day or two to setup, and save money in the end.:)

Don't know about the rest of you BUT ... I think have the fun of the RaQ is setting it all up -- messing with PKG's etc. You only have to do it once - and you're a master :)
