If anybody would be even the slightly interested, or is currently in Taipei or would be going there, I am currently working for a company that is interested in venturing out on a new business and is recruiting developers with prior extensive experience.

Being local give some advantages, but you can accompolish a lot through the computer from anywhere in the world.
