WARNING TO ALL
Do not go with Ihostservices.com or Savanetworks (forgot the addy  ) They don't reply to any of your e-mails (and if they do, it's only the first few times) and, they don't reply to calls (or answer the phone).
I've been with them a year, and been trying to switch hosters of my domain, but have been waiting for weeks without a reply or cacelation (they added another years hosting to my credit card too!)
Has anyone else have problems with them? or are they jsut being incredibly RUDE to me? :(
Thx a bunch.

I used Saturn Services from 1996 through 2004 to host seven different sites. I chose them on price, and unfortunately, I didn't even get what I paid for.
Ryan Pelerin started this company while in high school, graduating from University Liggett School in Grosse Pointe in 1998. Grosse Pointe is a wealthy Detroit, Michigan suburb. Pelerin used to operate Saturn Services from 367 Rivard Street in Grosse Pointe, but now does so from 1046 Harvard Street in Grosse Pointe, MI. The current phone number is 313-886-5220 and fax is 313-886-5227. Ryan does get help from Zach, who I believe may also live in Grosse Pointe, and from a help desk staffed by Russians.
As of 2004, Saturn Services is basically a 2 man show which outsources the customer service and tech support. Saturn Services does not post any mailing address on their website. They post fake addresses for their domain registry - Mack Ave (a massage parlor) and Beaubien (Greektown casino). Do you really want to do business with a company that will not even provide a mailing address - not even a PO Box? I've only spoken with Ryan on the phone once, but that was back in 1997. As far as I can tell, he no longer communicates with customers via phone (probably due to their anger), but I have received some emails from him.
Saturn Services (Savant Networks, Flysaturn) is basically a middle man hosting company. At one time they relied on servers provided by axxs.net, host4u.net and fastdns.net. I got better technical support when I contacted axxs.net technical support directly, but they no longer correspond directly to end users.
Saturn Services' claim of 99.9% uptime is a lie. Downtime is frequent. However, that is not the worst part. On two different occasions when their servers went down, they lost all of my server files and web pages, email accounts, address settings, etc. Neither time did they apologize or compensate me for this loss. Their attitude, after the site came back up, is "well, your site is up now - why are you upset?"
The toll free customer service number is just an answering service. They provide no technical support, only taking messages. I gave their customer service, technical support, and value ratings a 2. I figure that somewhere in the world there is probably a worse provider. My opinion is that Ryan is in over his head and is not capable of effectively managing such a company.
I still I have my website hosted with this company, but I will be changing providers this week. I am willing to talk with anyone about this in person. Just call me at 270-759-4635.

Welcome to WHT
I would say its time to do a chargeback when a host doesnot respond to you multiple times and you have exhausted all possible to contact them.....just call the company listed as the credit card processor/merchant account and just do a chargeback...
Good Luck

Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are saying, but why would you stay with a host for 8 years if you didn't get what you paid for.
Anyone want to hear something funny? I started IHostServices in 1997, and sold it to Saturn Services (I was reselling for them) For $5,000, which I used to get my first server with PWEBTECH, and then it just kept going and going from there. :) Just a little fun fact for anyone who cares.
Oh, and I have no affiliation with Saturn Services. Our service does not, in any way, resemble theirs :)
