I am stuck between VenturesOnline.com (http://www.venturesonline.com/Resellers/resellers.html) and HostMatters.com (http://resellers.hostmatters.com/). Can anyone that has either experience with each or hear good (or bad) words about either please help me decide which would be best for a beginning reseller like myself.

I'm just starting out at this reselling, so if someone could suggest a better solution to these two that would be most valuable to me aswell.

Thank you.

I would recommend either of them. I think they both offer good service and support .

Those are two good companies to do business with. I would have to give Hosting Matter the nod just because I have had a lot of interaction with the owners. I have nothing but good things to say about them. :D

Both company have good reputations at this forum. I havemy great experience with Venturesonline. Their support are great and fast(through ICQ) for resellers.

Besides VO offer 50% off from their normal price to resellers.

VO are moving out from VDI to VERIO data center take a look on latest update regarding their move at their forum:

Another good reseller you may want to try is
www.optimumhosting.com
They have a unique and straight forward resellers system.

Good Luck!

Thanks a lot to the replies, I'm thinking of VenturesOnline.com as my pick, but I would like to know if anyone can shed some light onto Site5.com (http://www.site5.com). I think they look rather promising, but (because I really have no idea what a "good" deal is) I do not want to pick a reseller I won't be happy with. If anyone can tell me something about Site5.com's reselling stuff, that would be most excellent! Thank you again.

We have experience with Site5's dedicated offering, not their reselling offerings, but from our vantage point, thus far the support and contact have been exemplary. The technical ability shown by both Vince and Matt outstrip most others that we've seen, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to you. As an added bonus, Matt might actually ICQ you out of the blue and ask you how things are going (hi, Matt!).

There are alot of good reseller program out there. First you got to work out your own plan of reselling. Whether to buy in bulk or to sell existing accounts of your reseller host..... make your correct decision.. good luck. Hope that we both can start to make some serious money. Cya!!!

Ventures Online would seem to be the most promising from most opinions in the forum.

I wouldnt go with VO as yet... they do have a promising service, no doubt about that.. but they are in the process of moving to a new NOC... i would wait until the entire move is complete.. and only then make the move...

I have accounts with VO (not moved yet), but the first 6 servers are already moved and the customers reported it worked flawlessly.
