Here is the deal. Tell me what you think. We have our own data center here and our own technical support staff. However we are looking for a few remotely located emergency technicians. You shall never be contacted unless there is a server-wide problem. Even then, you will not be contacted unless our technicians cannot fix the problem immediately. We need this person(s) to monitor our servers at thier own pleasure and time and report any problems they may see to us. Again, this will be done at your own pleasure and time.

We need this person(s) to be well versed in the web hosting industry, have their own server (if possible) and have A LOT of technical experience with Apache servers running Linux.

Here is what you get. You can send us your server and we shall collocate it in our DC free of charge. You shall get high bandwidth which we can negotiate later. There are no monthly fees and no set up fees.

If you do not have a server to send out here, we can arrange a reasonably priced lease-to-own server with one of the manufacturers we deal with. Lease to own servers normally range from $100/mo to $300/mo. Again this fees will be paid to the server manufacturers and not to us.
