Great NEWS, or for me it is!
ENOM finally gave in and is accepting PayPal for account refillments. Except, now there is a $100 min.
Thanks!

Yes. I think this is great, too. I prefer to use this method myself, and many of our customers are very happy about it. We've been asking for this feature for quit a while now.
When you pay $100 with paypal, does the 3% commission apply?

From the enom web site:
Note: 3% of the total amount refilled will be deducted from your balance as a "Refill Convenience Charge". (Ex. $100 = $97 net deposit into your account). There is a 3% discount for checks, wires and cash orders sent directly ($100 will result in $100 refill if cash, wire or check is sent directly, not via this web site).
Although they don't specifically mention PayPal, it seems it would be covered under ...is sent directly, not via this web site, meaning that PayPal payments would carry the 3% charge.

See I just use my Paypal Mastercard to fund it and it takes it directly from paypal anyhow and I get 1.5% cashback on it so in turn Im really only paying 1.5% transaction fee to Enom :)

Tom,
Now that's the only way to go, now let's see if they comeout with a 3% cashback, and no one will ever loose money to Enom. :D
