Hello everyone, I am trying to adjust my server for performance.
I have 3 GB of RAM and I'm having several applications of 50-100 MB of RAM each.

I Set The Private Memory Limit to 102 400, or 100 MB and the Virtual Memory Limit to 0.

So my question is: What would be the best Idle Time-out time and what is the best recycling Regular Time Interval for performance in low ram environnement?

IMO 6 hours recycling time.
If you don't run database on the server, 3GB RAM is not bad to host websites.

Do I leave the Idle Time-out to 20 min?

You only need to change default settings when your websites require longer time out.
