Hi,
I am a customer of server4me.com (aplus.net) and I'd like to tell everyone here to stay away from this very lousy company. They are bad on all points.
No support: don't ever think you can talk with someone there. You may get a reply through email if your patient.
I took a while to have my server setup. They told me that since I had not contacted a sales rep before ordering, no-one was processing the order! Strange because they charged my CC instantly :(
BAD NETWORK: Slow and unreliable
Their $49/month dedicated server (cel. 500mhz, 64 MB ram, 3 GB transfer) was a good deal, but now that they increased their prices ($99/month) the service is not even worth it.
