If you had looked at the owner of the domain name, and not just the date, you would have seen we are a part of Awebhosting, Inc.

South Florida Colo is just going to be offering wholesale colocation and bandwidth services.

Awebhosting, Inc. has been at LayerOne for 1 year, and are expanding to another data center this month.

There is nothing deceptive about this statement.

Ahh, well then you should state that your parent company has the current one, etc.

I'd like to say on David's behalf that he is a pleasure to work with and will do what he can to help you out. Not to mention the speed of that Aleron connection :D I downloaded the cpanel installation file at over 10mbits per second.
