Unauthorized use of ICANN's logo
-----------------
It has recently been brought to our attention that a number of our
resellers have included the ICANN logo on their web sites. ICANN has
informed Tucows that any use of their logo must first be licensed and
approved by ICANN. Recently they requested that all accredited
Registrars using the ICANN logo cease doing so. Tucows has removed all
instances of the logo from our site.
If your website is using the ICANN logo in any way, please immediately
remove the graphic. ICANN has informed us that they are currently
working out the details of a licensing program and we will be sure to
forward this information to you when it becomes available. If you have
any questions concerning this policy, please feel free to contact your
sales representative.
I read this from the latest e-mail update from Tucows. Just share with you guys.
