We have a new dedicated server we moved some of our site to it. They are:
al-mada.com
beautynaturelle.com
goldengroup-sy.com

We always try to open one of the moved sites but we have "Page not found" and after pinging its IP for a while we can then access it for a period of time, after that the site will not appear again and we have to do the process again.:confused:

The same sites are working ok with our old virtual server and we did not encounter a time that we try to access a site and we failed. When we succeed to open the site, the openning speed is very slow that sometimes takes more than 2 minutes whereas the same page takes shorter time in our old hosting server. :sleeping:

Can anybody advise us?:idea:

Is the server behind any kind of firewall device?

Have you turned on host-lookups in Apache?

Does the logfiles on the server tell you anything?

Does DNS lookups work on the server?

Thank you for replying.
In fact we are as remote admin behind a firewall but we don't know if the server is.
In Apache we did not turn host-lookup on
We examined the logfiles but did not understand them.
The DNS lookups are working fine.
