I create a account in cpanel for a client, but there domain hasnt linked to my nameservers yet, so if i move all their files to my server and they want to look at the account before the domain links up... can they look at the account on the web?

they are on a shared ip addy

i know i can reach their ftp and cpanel from the ip and log in with their username and pass, but is it possible to view the site via the webbrowser on a shared IP?

Yes, you can view the site. Supposed if you set up the account as username : abc123 , you could access it through

http://hostname.yourdomain.com/~abc123

Subsequent the hostname and domain name to that specific machine hostname.

Or http://shared-ip-number/~abc123

Or unless you're using the bandwidth protection module, you can view it using http://anydomainontheserver/~username :D
