I've searched this forum but I haven't found anything regarding this hosting service. Their package sounds appealing, but I'd like to know if anyone has had a website with them - and sure - how it worked out. It almost seems too good to be true.

I'm interested especially in their customer service (response time), bandwith/access speed, CGI support (I've had experiences with a host who told me UBB forum was "too CPU intensive" for them). Also, anything else you want to say is welcome.
