readyhosting.com seem to be down for a long long time? can anyone verify that? no replies from their support.

I can verify that their support replys to e-mails only when it is in their best interest(Or could be when they feel like it) Also If you try calling them grab a beer cuz your going to be onhold for a while and if you dont get tired of waiting and actually get a live person Dont expect any real answers.Because they most likely wont have them.
Ive been with them for about 4 months now Only thing besides their tech support thats been trouble was an ongoing router problem that caused my site to load like it was being hand drawn by a 3 year old with crayons. Other than that my site has been up without to many problems
