We have 2 windows 2008 web server RC2 with website panel control panel.

Since we have updated service pack 1 of windows 2008 RC2 we can not create ftp account in website panel control panel this is happening server wide.

Please advise?

Did you have a look at Audit logs in WebsitePanel and Event Viewer in server? This should contain details about failure to create ftp accounts.
