we're thinking of offering the following, but we'd need at least 5 signups before we setup the server. The accounts would be available before friday 1/17/03 (no prepayment is required).

The server will be in nac.net and will only have 5-10 resellers on it. This offer does not allow for adult content and will only allow SSH access to the resellers, but not their clients.

Intel Pentium III 1.1Ghz CPU
512MB Memory
WHM/Cpanel
24x7 support (9am-9pm EST in-house support, outsourced 9pm-9am EST)

You will get:
4GB of diskspace
40GB of monthly data transfer
3 IPs (2 for primary/slave nameservers, 1 for your site)
unlimited domains

for 40 USD per month

additional IPs are $1 each, but name-based hosting is possible with CPanel.
