I've been hosted unixhoster.com (formerly sterlet.net) for a little more than 6 months now & it has been one of the worst business experiences of my life. Their servers are down at least once per week sometimes for periods of more than 24 hours. They communicate none with their customers and show no respect for the customer either. Recently, my email shut down so naturally I complained yet again. I wasn't particularly nice about it but figuring the crap I've gone through with it, the frustration had set in more than I could take. Upon sending the support ticket, I receive an email stating they were cancelling my account immediately because "I hurt their feelings & offended them." At this point, I am laughing hysterically. I'm now posting anywhere and everywhere to prevent this company from screwing anyone else over. I want to get as much negative PR out about them as possible because it's obvious I've lost my money. But I won't go down without a fight. Don't fall into their tricks. They're not good at all. Downtime is greater than uptime, zero communication with the customer. Their service is the pits & as evidenced by some of unixhoster's posts in this and other forums, the guy can't be more than thirteen since he doesn't know how to correctly spell or punctuate a sentence.
