Well, he stated an NDA is reqiured. Which means, you have to sign a NDA before he'll give you information about the site. Most likely to protect the eventual buyer's privacy. Also to avoid "Blah blah directory is being sold!"

To artashes - yeah we are not trying to be sneaky here, but would just rather only share specifics with those who may be interested in buying. That's not uncommon when selling a business. Those that have emailed us so far have seen we're not keeping secrets.

Why selling? Your assumptions are correct. It's a great business but there are some other things on my plate right now that I am also interested in. This sale would help free up needed time and of course give a little spending money on the new venture.
