Well, I am facing this problem of Missing nameserver 2.

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the root servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers.

Any way of solving this?

Have you registered the name server with the correct IP's and given it time to resolve?

if you told us the domain name someone could do a bit of testing for you ???
