Try this link:

They do have a live demo. It looks nice, but I haven't gotten to the priceing yet. I'm using Hostingcontroller on a 2K server box, but I'm looking for something with a bit more panace. Helm is definitley graphical and user friendly.

Just looked at the priceing. It's a bit rich for my tastes.

We're using it and we love it! I've evaluated a ton of different control panels from HSphere to Plesk to HostingController and can tell you by far that this is one of the most scalable, easiest to use control panels there is. I've also worked with the developers on customizing their panel and they're helpful, very easy to work with, not to mention very competent.

A big key for us was it worked right out of the box!!

I'd take a closer look if you get the chance. I think you'll be impressed as we were. Their customer support is great.

The CP looks great, but the cost is the deciding factor for me. I've got to be able to afford the software and at $1000 per server, that's big bucks for my small hosting company.

I agree, it can be pricey and I, too, couldn't afford that cost up front. So I chose the alternate monthly plan they offer which is $80 USD for the control server and around $42/remote server. That's not too bad, considering it includes continual support and upgrades.

Could someone explain the difference between control and remote server?

Sure. The control server is the central server that manages the other servers in your configuration. It can also host services itself.

So, if you had your web server running your web sites, a mail service running on one machine and a database service on another machine (i.e. for load balancing purposes), you'd have one control server (the web server) which would have the control panel software loaded on it, and 2 remote servers (the other 2).

But don't worry if you don't have enough machines. Most control panel software will also let you put all services on a single machine in case you can't afford to do multiple machines at first.
