Yes, we can raise the monthly a little if you dont want to pay the setup fees. Email us to work out the price on the package you want if you want a zero setup.

Support we classify as semi-managed

Extra bandwidth is $1.5/gb by the gig, less if bought in quantity
Extra hard drives $100 one time fee and $5/month.

I'd just like to put in a good word on Atjeu's support for those intrested. I'd give it 2 thumbs up. I've been around, but I've never encountered anything like this before. Tickets are responded to within minutes, no matter what time of what day. They are always very willing to help with any issue at hand. I had quite a few setup problems with my servers I got 2 weeks ago (nothing to do with Atjeu). They gladly held my hand and did everything to get me running smoothly. Unlike some other providers, the Atjeu techs will go into the server and fix things, rather than saying 'It's broken, get a system restore'.

My users are happy with the speed. I have quite a few Asian users, but also European and US users are very possitive about connection speed. Beeing on the West Coast has it's advantages for the Asian users.

They could have cut the setup in half on their December offerings :bawling: Hehehe. I also cut a deal to reduce setup fees, so yes, they will do that, no problem.

I second the thumbs up for Atjeu. I've had a server with them since the end of October and have been very happy with the service. Support tickets have been answered very quickly, network speed and uptime is very good.

My only complaint is the special I picked up only offered 100GB. I'll trade someone my 100GB special for a 300GB special :D

Thanks.Seeing Atjeu doesn't hang out here 24/7 and I believe I can help out on those questions from prior communication...

1) I believe they offer the platinum version as they get it for roughly the same price as they get their CPanel licences.

2) You request IP's via their ticket system. I have only requested IP's once, turn round time was 10 minutes, this was on boxing day. If the terms on IP's are the same as the December special, the first 12 are free, extra IP's are $1/month each, I'm sure they'll give bulk discounts.

You can create a helpdesk account and ask them just to be sure.

my servers got turned up earlier today. I was given one IP per server. We agreed that I could have up to 12 free IP's with the Cpanel server and up to 4 with the Redhat server. I would like to request one additional IP address per server at this moment so I can run a secondary DNS server on each.

Ips are a buck and are requested via help desk - usually turn around time is just a few minutes...


Add $25 for management on the cpanel server which includes all normal requests and updates, if it gets really crazy it could be more but thats an average price...

I'm doing some last minute shopping around. If I can get a box with no set-up fee, that would be great. I will get in touch.:D :D I like that 1st offer, then the 2nd. How many available? I want the best bag for my buck, plus someone willing to negotiate.

I want to share my inital experiences with Atjeu
First all emails were answered in no more than 10 minutes, then I signed up and opened 2 tickets, 1 was answered in 4 minutes, the other in less than that.

It is still early I know but so far all I can say is wow...plus the network is VERY fast
