I see there are many successful hosts here, which raises a question from me. This is a question for those of you who have started your own hosting company from the ground floor (probably most of you) and offer reseller accounts and virtual hosting.
From the first day you had your dedicated server (and respective sites) up and running, how many clients did you recieve in the first month, three months, six months & year? Resellers and virtual accounts? Include only the accounts you got from WHT.
I know that is difficult to answer accurately, just a ballpark figure will do.

Hi ;)

Not many people will give specific information. Normally, when you start up business is a bit slow. You have to get your name out there, advertise, and hope happy clients pass the word of your business.

Yeah, what LiNuX says is true; treat your customers like gold and they will [read as should] bring you more!

Yes. Or if you treat them wrong they might do something like this:

(I hope that wasn't a breach of ettiquette. Apologies if so.)
