Does anyone have AtWebHost's tech support number? My server has needed a reboot (I think) since last night and I've placed a high-priority ticket, emailed Ashar, called the support number, and tried to talk over the irc support line with 0 reponses so far :(

This morning it appears that the domain won't resolve... maybe a DNS change is going on for them? I'd like to give them a call, but I forgot to right down the number :p If anyone that has it could post it or pm it to me, that would be great.

Thanks,

Mark

If you can't reach them, maybe you can get in touch with their data center if you know who they use.

They don't appear to list it on their website. I still haven't heard back from them.

I was interested in purchasing some servers from them a while back as I was looking for a provider in South Florida and found out that they hosted with a company called Netfree at Miami Data Vault.

I don't know much more than that and don't know if they still have this setup as they have had some recent posts about changing bandwidth and possibly datacenters so I don't know if this is still accurate info or not.

Although they seemed like great people, I chose not to deal with them as they did not seem to be very stable on the bandwdith side and they were in the middle of switching providers and changing people's ips. I thought I would let that blow over before ordering anything from them.

Thanks for the info! I was in a rock and a hard place... poor reliability and a slow server with hostmania (still have it right now) so I needed something soon.

I just read about the The Planet and they appear to have great service, better carriers, and similar pricing with a 90 trial offer if you switch hosts! If this doesn't get resolved and fast I may just make that switch, I dunno :(

From what I have seen, you can not go wrong with ThePlanet. I am in discussions now to have a few servers there.
