I'm the owner of a small hosting company based in California. I've been running this one-man shop since 2000. The reason I'm looking to form a partnership with another company is because I no longer have time to deal with the day-to-day headaches of running my own company.

I'm looking for an established medium-sized hosting company that is growing out of it's current hosting/management solution. I already have an enterprise-level hosting system in place. It took me months to get my infrastructure developed and running smoothly. Now I no longer have the desire to deal with sales and customer support. Instead, I hope to offload some of the day-to-day activities to my new partner. In return I will share the use of my infrastructure, one that I've spent much time and money to develop.
