Does anyone know if anyone offers free hosting with an affiliate program?

I want to get the users of my site to sign up to a provider of webspace so that they can store their photos remotely to be used on my site.

I assume most users would want to sign up to a free web hosting provider -- but are there any out there that would offer me commission on any sales (e.g. for paid hosting)?
