I'm searching for a reseller account like at donhost.com where I could host multiple domains at one flat cost/month. The thing is that I need something cheaper the donhost and I don't need unlimitted webspace, pop accounts, etc... 25 - 50 would be ok.

Try searching in www.webhostdir.com or tophosts.com... or even this forum (use search above). You're sure to find what you're looking for, then check their credentials and test their support response!
