I had an account with mochahost and they were terrible in terms of speed with which my website opened. So I have given up on them and moved to discountasp. It definitely is very good, but a little expensive. Especially for every small thing you have to request an addon.

Here is my question:

-Do you have any suggestions on a host who may not be as good as discountasp, but is relatively cheap (15 per month for SQL, unlimited domains, and sub domains).
-Any other domain which is cheaper but better to host my website which hardly gets traffic. I want to get away from mocha completely.

Windows hosting is not "cheap" due to licensing costs.

Something tells me that the OP was after Windows based hosting, which Bluehost doesn't offer. ;)

I've actually used DiscountASP.NET and still do for some sites, but for something cheaper I recommend WinHost. They start at $4.95/month and are really up there with the support they provide

Winhost basic package is good for small website with 1 database included.

How many domains and sub domains do you currently use?? As unlimited is a large number indeed. You maybe better looking for a host who will give you set limits on domains, they'll likely be a honest host.
