Does anyone know if WHMSonic guys are still alive or not? I was having a issue with their script, so tried to contact with them. But im not getting any response from their support. Its been 4days, i have submitted a ticket but no one is replying me. Loosing my patience and some customer as well :|

yes, they still operate, but i do have mild knowledge of sonic as i employ the software on my server also.

if you have an account with them and have a licence with them log into your client area and request support from there.

Yes, i have license and got support from them from their support desk but this time i waited 5days and today i got their reply!
